UPDATESadly, Leo Mazzone had a death in the family and will not be speaking at Monday’s Clinic. Leo plans on speaking here next year.
We are very fortunate to have University of Kentucky head coach Gary Henderson to fill Leo’s void.
We have 275 coaches registered to attend from 6 different states (both all-time highs). We hope to see you on Monday! Questions?? Email- firstname.lastname@example.org
The 12th annual coaches clinic is coming up January 19th with cover sponsor the St. Louis Cardinals.
We are thrilled to announce that we have formed a partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals. The Cardinals will be the Cover Sponsor for the 2015 I-70 Baseball Coaches Clinic (Monday, January 19, 2015 at Greenville HS). We look forward to the start of many great years together to bring some of the best names in baseball coaching to speak at the I-70 Clinic.
The St. Louis Cardinals are always looking to add more amateur games to their schedule. Coaches, if your team (spring, summer or fall) does not play at Busch Stadium, you should strongly consider it. Your players and parents will never forget this memory and Cardinals really do it right– using the video replay board, Cardinal PA Announcer John Ulett announcing the game, dugout and bullpen usage, etc. To talk to the Cardinals about playing an amateur game at Busch Stadium, call Chris at 314-345-9446.
It is hard to believe that this will be our 11th year of the I-70 Baseball Coaches Clinic here in Greenville, IL. Year in and year out, we work diligently to bring in the best speakers that we can to help improve your knowledge as a baseball coach. We are thrilled to introduce Pat Murphy (San Diego Padres AAA Manager), Gary Henderson (Head Coach, University of Kentucky), Itch Jones (Former Head Coach UIUC, SIU-C) and Rick Carpenter (Head Coach Prosper HS, TX) as this year’s speakers.
To those of you who have attended our clinics in the past, we would like to thank you and hope to see you back here in January. For those of you who haven’t been here before, or haven’t been here in awhile, our clinic is housed in the Greenville High School auditorium, with 660 movie theater style seats and a huge stage and projector screen. We will once again have a catered lunch and a $250 cash door prize (along with 100 other door prizes) at the end of the day. We hope the speakers and these “extras” help to set our clinic apart from the rest.
If you have questions about anything associated with our clinic, please give us a call (618-664-5580) or an email (email@example.com). We hope to see you and your staff here in January.
Our clinic now is on Twitter. Follow @i70clinic to get changes and updates.
